A toy manufacturer makes a toy truck, a toy car, and a toy boat. The production spreadsheet is:Toy Time to Produce Cost to Produ

ce Profit for Each Truck 10 minutes $1.00 $1.00 Car 12 minutes $0.75 $1.50 Boat 8 minutes $0.80 $0.60 After accounting for breaks, a worker actually works 400 minutes each day. The manufacturer needs each worker to generate a potential profit of $35 each day. Write a system of inequalities that expresses these constraints

                 time                    profit               number
truck          10 min              1.00dollar         t
car             12min               1.50 dollar        c
boat           8min                 0.60 dollar        b

let the worker produce t trucks, c cars, and b boats.
10t+12c+8b=400
t+1.5c+0.6b is more than or equal to 35
t is more than or equal to 0
c is more than or equal to zero
b is more than or equal to zero

(this question is kinda wierd. i do not know if i am correct, because mine is not exactly a system of inequalities, but if you really need an answer, you can try this one.)

liubo4ka [24]

Answer:

If the person selected had high blood pressure, the probability that he or she did not exercise is P=0.643.

Step-by-step explanation:

We have a group of people between agss of 65 and 70.

They are divided in two groups regarding their amount of exercise: "none", "moderate" and "high".

The response variable is blood pressure, that was categorized as "normal"or "high".

Then,  we have the frequencies table as:

Amount of exercise          None    Moderate    High

Blood pressure High          54              23            7

Blood pressure Normal      86              76            32

We have to calculate the probability that, given that the person had high blood pressure, he or she did not exercise.

If the person had high blood pressure, it can be of the any of the 3 groups of exercise amount. There are 54 people with high blood pressure that did not exercise, 23 that did moderate amount of exercise, and 7 that did a high amount.

Then, the probability can be calculated dividing the amount of people that had high blood pressure and did not exercise, by all the people that have high blood pressure (regarding the amount of exercise):

P(N | HP)=\dfrac{54}{54+23+7}=\dfrac{54}{84}=0.643

If the person selected had high blood pressure, the probability that he or she did not exercise is P=0.643.

Veseljchak [2.6K]

Answer:

62.5%

Step-by-step explanation:

In this case we have the information we need to calculate the percentage because they give us the necessary experimental probability, we only have to pass the probability to its percentage form.

We know that probability can be converted to a percentage by multiplying the value of probability by 100, like so:

5/8 * 100 = 62.5

In other words, the probability that it will arrive at that time is 62.5%

What is the measure of an angle that turns through one-twelfth (1/12) of a circle?
malfutka [58]
Well u have a circle and you cut it into 12 parts.
that means that each sector will have 3 angles.
so you would take the first sector which is 90 degrees and divide it by 3.
you would get each angle being at 30 degrees.

>>so 1/12 of a circle would be >> 30 degrees

hope this helps
