Make sure to take it easy on your hair with heat and stuff like that. Find a good repairing shampoo and conditioner. If you do use heat on your hair make sure to use a heat protectant I can't remember what mine is called but it's a spray and it's in an orange bottle. Those are all the tips I follow and there may be more but I think following that should help out:)
