The rest of the delegates debated and decided to issue a Declaration of Rights in which they would all affirm the colonies' loyalty to the British crown, but also demand that the British Parliament should not tax them. The delegates also issued the Articles of Association, which call everyone on the colonies to stop importing goods from the British unless the Coercive Acts were repealed.
