2. Write a letter of complaint. Follow the rules for a business letter, and use the full-block style. The complaint may be about
anything you wish (such as malfunctioning equipment, poor building main-tenancy, or disruptive noises from a nearby business). You can base your letter on a true experience, or you can make up all the details you need.
I don't know how to exactly help you without writing your whole essay that you should be writing, but I can help some. You can start out the essay with "A year ago I went to a restaurant, and their restrooms were absolutely disgusting.." or "I went to a restaurant and there were roaches, they were so filthy.." Sentences like that, I hope this helps some.
