Explanation:

The value of the soil is not constant it changes with time and the type of vegetation that is grown on it.

The nutrients in the soil is not always constant. As the time goes the nutrient value of the soil degrades if adequate amount of nutrients is not added in soil.

Crop rotation is also done in order to save the soil from being a single nutrient depletion.
