Explanation:    The supremacy Clause places the Constitution of the Union above the laws of the states when disputes between these states are at stake, and that clause is the most important and supreme guarantor of the Union. In other words, all federal laws stemming from the Constitution, , together with the Constitution, has the advantage or having greater power than local state laws, and all jurists and judges are required to abide by it. All laws and treaties made under the authority of the United States are the supreme law of the Union.
