Answer:

Plan is necessary for every work in order to achieve targeted goals. Formulation of effective plan is the first condition of development. It is the main guideline for development. Development planning is also a very important skill. A draft of whole program prepared to achieve certain goals within specific period of time is known as formulation of plan. It presents a clear vision like what to do, where to do, who is to do, how to do, when to do, etc. Local and national level action plan is developed after planning. Formulation of development plan is the prior decision of development. So there is no doubt that formulation of well and effective development proposal is half completion of the project.

How does the federal system of government help in decreasing the regional disparity
Inessa05 [86]

Explanation:

If richer regions can attract more investment than poorer regions because of their larger ex ante tax bases, then fiscal federalism adversely affects the growth prospects of poorer regions by reducing the resources available for either central or regional governments to fund valuable projects in poorer regions.Often geographical constraints, market imperfections, government policies, a lack of law & order, identity, per capita income and various socio-economic reasons can contribute to regional disparity such that some regions are more backward than other areas falling within the same nation

(hope it helps)

Why do economists assert that economic recessions are actually beneficial to many homebuyers?
koban [17]

The correct answer is:

Both home prices and mortgage interest rates tend to be lowest during recession

An economic recession is a period of time were economic activity slows down. Recessions generally occur when there is a drop in spending. This may be triggered by various events, such as a financial crisis, an external trade shock, an adverse supply shock or the bursting of an economic bubble. during this period home prices and mortgage interest rates are very low so this is benefitial for homebuyers.

While much of the South was dominated by plantation farming, which required slave labor, what area of the South did small, less
Rudiy27

Answer: Mountainous Areas

Explanation:

The wealthiest planters, such as the Virginia elite with plantations near the James River, owned more land and slaves than other farmers in the Upper South.

But the Mountainous areas of the South differed significantly from the rest of the South in more than just

its variable terrain of extensive plateaus, long valleys, and rugged, worn mountains.

Slaves performed diverse tasks -- a

pattern ostensibly not unique. In most of the American South, slaves were found to have different vocations. But in the Mountain South, because of the relatively high proportion of small plantations--another distinctive characteristic -- each individual slave often did far

Small plantations-- characterized by Dunaway as small slaveholding farms. Because the region contained a much greater proportion of small plantations than the remainder of the South.

Also the proportion of slaves allocated to nonagricultural labor, such as mining and tourism; despite being only about 15 percent of the adult population, black workers made up 30 percent or more of the nonagricultural workforce in many areas of the Mountain South. In all types of labor, slaves typically worked in the task system as

opposed to the gang system. These are overwhelming evidence both for the distinctiveness and

for the connectedness of the Mountain South relative to the whole of the American South.
