Because his kit will determine whether or not his/her art will be created or show his full potential, if he has a bad kid he can do art but not as good as if he had a better kit. This depends too on your skill if you are a begginer artist its not recomended to buy professional kit because you would not used with skill required, if you are a professional artist you cant not use a begginer kit because your art is gonna be limited.
