You need to find the length of a segment that’s congruent to FN like HN. Use the Pythagorean Theorem (a^2 + b^2 = c^2).
24^2 + b^2 = 25^2
576 + b^2 = 625
(Subtract 576 from both sides)
b^2 = 49
(Square root both sides)
b = 7
So HN = 7 and since FN has the same length you would do 14x =7
(aka equaling them to each other)
(Divide both sides by 14)
And you should get x = 0.5

I’m pretty sure that’s how you’d solve it

Deffense [45]

Answer: 525

Step-by-step explanation: As I read the question I’m getting the idea of division. The community program chooses 16 students every year. The 8,400 dollars from last year was the amount of money the students receive all together. Therefore 8,400 divided by 16 is 525

Find the m, b, and write the equation for the following graph:
Tcecarenko [31]

Answer:

y = 3, m=0, b=3

Step-by-step explanation:

Hi there! If you look at the graph, we have a horizontal like crossing through y=3. your m value will be 0 as there is no slope. For your b value, it will be 3 as the y-intercept is 3.

I hope this helps!
