Satellites were first launched into space by the Soviet Union in the 20th century. The launch of their satellite “Sputnik 1” began a “Space Race” between nations. The United States and the Soviet Union (who were long time competitors) were vying to be seen as intellectually superior, as well as show off military, scientific, and technological prowess.

Satellites are artificial objects placed into space by humans for multiple purposes to such as observation, weather watching, communications, mapmaking, or photographing space- meant to help humans to understand space. These satellites are crucial to modern-day life, scientific understanding, and technological advances. The creation of satellites also led to the creation of rockets, the International Space Station, and launching humans successfully into space.

Please help me. Who do you think it should be
natulia [17]
There are definitely pros and cons to all of them

local leaders are closer to the people, but might not make a curriculum strong enough for students to succeed in other areas

states are a better option, but still would have different things taught than other states

the federal government would make a curriculum thats used nationwide, so everybody is educated on the same topic, but depending on what political party is in the gov, education could be skewed to make kids believe party beliefs.

personally I think either the states or the federal gov is the best choice to make decisions about what students learn and how they’re tested

when people explain their own behavior by making a situational attribution and the behavior of others by making a dispositional
Arisa [49]
The correct answer is the fundamental attribution error.

Fundamental attribution error (FAE) refers to the phenomenon in which we attribute others' behavior to their disposition (personality) and their abilities, intelligence and skills (or their lack thereof), while attributing our own behavior to situational factors outside our control (bad weather, a harsh teacher, an unforeseen event, etc.). An instance of FAE is failing an exam. If we fail an exam we are much more likely to attribute it to situational factors (the exam was unfairly hard, the teacher graded it unfairly, etc.). On the other hand if another person fails an exam we are much more likely to attribute it to factors internal to him or her- he/ she did not study hard enough, he/she is not intelligent and is incompetent.
