Satellites were first launched into space by the Soviet Union in the 20th century. The launch of their satellite “Sputnik 1” began a “Space Race” between nations. The United States and the Soviet Union (who were long time competitors) were vying to be seen as intellectually superior, as well as show off military, scientific, and technological prowess.

Satellites are artificial objects placed into space by humans for multiple purposes to such as observation, weather watching, communications, mapmaking, or photographing space- meant to help humans to understand space. These satellites are crucial to modern-day life, scientific understanding, and technological advances. The creation of satellites also led to the creation of rockets, the International Space Station, and launching humans successfully into space.

10 if you are accused of a crime, the sixth amendment guarantees you which one of these? a a speedy and public trial b a trial b
DiKsa [7]

The correct answer is a speedy and public trial.

The 6th amendment guarantees a public and speedy trail for citizens accused of crimes. It also guarantees that the citizen will have the ability to have their case heard in front of an impartial jury. This means that a group of citizens, with no ties to the individual in question, will hear the evidence from both the prosecutor and defense lawyer in order to determine whether the person is innocent or guilty.

your going to be president what speach will you give what promises would you do and how would you accomplish your promises
Ivenika [448]
I don’t have all the greatest ideals i’ll admit, and wish to live the simple life of free trade and reserved government but that is a thing of the past. if i were president though, i would keep the promise of individual rights and the soul ideals of life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness. i would like to stop those trying to infringe on others rights and make everyone feel safe in their country.
