This is in my opinion one of the aspects that makes the central courts and the different lines of thought within a single subject so interesting. The clash of ideas that we have in this case is a perfect example.
On one side we have those who look at the current 30 million uninsured Americans, which include millions in Texas, and the undeniable success it had in Massachusetts. Most of them conclude that this mandate is a government success.
On the other hand, we can find those who believe that this is a terrible invasion of the government to the citizen's free will to choose their own healthcare options, they see government overreach, and at the same time an unprecedented intrusion on individual liberties to which there is no justification.
Unfortunately this is something that millions of Americans have been forced into. It's evident how they refused to create a public health care system, and instead give more power to the private sector.
After this short debate of ideas, I will give you one question to ponder on: Which principle is more important? Your freedom, your civil liberties, and your freedom from the government line of thought, or the possibilty of providing health care to millions of uninsured Americans?
I hope this solves your question!
The major regions and industries that the agreement addresses NAFTA wold positively affect include the following:

What is NAFTA?

This is referred to as North American Free Trade Agreement and was implemented after an agreement in 1994 between the top three North American economic powers.
The countries which are listed above would be positively affected due to the increase in trading between them thereby resulting in more exports and revenue which can be used as a source for their budget thereby improving the economy.
There will also be an increase in human capital thereby providing different types of jobs for the people. This helps to reduce unemployment rate which produces a ripple effect on the economy .
This is therefore the reason why it was chosen as the most appropriate choice.

The correct answer is taking the currency off the gold standard
In the fields, many impoverished peasants began to migrate to the cities in search of better living conditions. From 1873 to 1896, the capitalist system experienced its first major crisis, called the Great Depression.
The Great Capitalist Depression, in the 19th century, was configured as a crisis due to the evolution of the capitalist system. This crisis generated a mismatch between the overproduction of goods in industries and a population of workers without purchasing power to consume these goods (due to the increase in unemployment among workers and the reduction in their wages).
Due to the Great Capitalist Depression in the 19th century, there were two main consequences for the economy of industrialized countries: the first was the bankruptcy of small and medium-sized companies and the concentration of capital in the hands of a few industrial capitalists. The second consequence of the depression was the search for external consumer markets, that is, outside Europe, in non-industrialized continents, such as Asia and Africa.
This fact initiated European Neocolonialism, that is, the sharing of the Asian and African continent by the great industrial powers in the 19th century. It was the beginning of capitalist exploitation, the plundering of workers and the world's environmental resources.
The uninsured people affects the entire country or more specifically, the insured ones by:
1. Insured people will less likely have a low regular source of care and the benefits befitting those who are insured. several of them are provided with delayed care
2. Insured people will feel unsatisfied of the services they receive because they are not the ones who are focused, instead the uninsured ones.
The insured people are the ones who will suffer a lot compared to uninsured ones.
