Answer:

d. Inductive, Deductive, Proactive

Explanation:

Scenario building techniques simply means explanation of events in a logical manner that describes the story based on current and past occurrence of events. It also involves description of possible actions or events that may occur in the future.

Levinger suggested that in order to build a scenario that will provide a sequential occurrence, one must follow three techniques which are:

1. Inductive: a logical introduction of events.

2. Deductive: another logical extraction of conclusion from past events

3. Proactive: then joining the two together to act in advance and predict the pathways to future occurrence.

When do you feel you are more likely to make decisions rationally instead of emotionally?
max2010maxim [7]

Answer: When the mind is unbiased

Explanation: Making rational decisions requires one to be unbiased either as a result of religious, racial or gender influence. It also requires one to be in the right frame of mind at the time of making the decision. Emotional decisions could occur if one's judgment is influenced by religious, cultural or social inclination or sympathy towards a particular group. It could also stem from one's present state of mind at the time the judgment is passed, hence making one's judgment more of emotional than rational.

In other to make rational decisions one should be in the right frame of mind, free from external influences which could induce bias into one's decision.

______ rivers under the age of 20 involved in fatal crashes were reported to have been distracted while driving, according to nh
gayaneshka [121]

Distracted drivers under the age of 20 involved in fatal crashes were reported to have been distracted while driving, according to NHTSA.

What is distracted driving?

Distracted driving is defined as any activity that diverts attention away from driving, such as talking or texting on your phone, eating and drinking, conversing with passengers, fiddling with the stereo, entertainment, or navigation system — anything that diverts your attention away from the task of safe driving.

Texting is the most hazardous distraction. For five seconds, reading or sending a text message diverts your focus from the road. That is the same as traveling a football field with your eyes closed at 55 mph.

You cannot drive safely unless you give your whole attention to the task of driving. Any non-driving activity is a possible distraction and raises your chances of accident.
