No it is used in most of Europe. we are the very few who do not use the metric system.
Osmosis refers to the transfer of water across a membrane and pressure of water inside plant cells is called turgor pressure. Osmosis causes cells to lose or gain water, which means it can increase or decrease the turgor pressure inside the cells. When the concentration of water available outside the cell is higher than inside, plant cell will gain water. When it's the other way around, the plant cells lose water.
Co- dominant traits are when the mother and father both have dominant alleles. One of the example is when a dog has both white and black fur maybe with spots, that’s when both parent alleles are dominant. Another’s one is when a human has two different eye colors (very common). Again the allele for the eye color from the parent genes are both dominant and the zygote inherits both.
Answer:
-S-phase
-Late telophase
Explanation:
The cell cycle is divided into two main phases: interphase and mitotic phase.
Interphase is phase characterized by the the cell growth and DNA copy (replication). During this phase, the cell prepares for division (mitotic phase).
Mitotic phase is subdivided into four phases: prophase, metaphase, anaphase and telophase. At the end of prophase, nuclear envelope breaks down and condensed chromosome (DNA structures) are released.
During the late telophase, nuclear envelope is reformed.
