The conclusion is : the Eiffel Tower is in Africa

It's deductive reasoning and it's invalid

Explanation:

A conclusion is usually a summary of the text, and generally at the end of a paragraph, essay etc.

It's deductive as inductive reasoning uses data to deduce a pattern and draw a conclusion, deductive uses facts, as they did here ,  even though the facts are wrong.  The Eiffel tower is in France, London is in the UK,  and Germany is in Europe.
