The mesoderm in one among the other three primary germ layer, that is being sandwiched between ectoderm and endoderm. Mesoderm cells also leads to the formation of connective tissues, blood vessels other blood cells and etc. some of them also give rise to the muscle cell like cardiac muscle or even the smooth muscle cell. muscle of tongue, pharyngeal arches muscle, dermis, skin, cartilage, bone duramater etc.
