The correct answer is A. The Aztecs and Inca saw Europeans as gods and did not resist colonialism.

Many tribes believed them to be gods when they saw them because it fit an old prophecy that said that gods would come from the seas in shining armor. By the time it was realized that they weren't gods it was  too late because everyone knew what was there to be found in those lands and soldiers came more and more.
