The two progams which President Eisenhower created along side NASA include the <u>National Advisory Committee on Aeronautics</u> (NACA) which was extensively reworked to meet the challenges of US space interest. This lead to the passing of the  the National Aeronautics and Space Act, on July 16 and which President Eisenhower signed it into law on July 29, 1958.

Another program which he created is the <u>Advanced Research Projects Agency</u> was also created at this time to develop space technology for military application in the United State of America.
