In order to give all people in the world independance, people or civilians would need freedom. Though some countries are already independant, still other countries are in need of freedom suuch as China and North Korea. Both countries are ruled by seriouuss dictators who do not take into fact about their peoples freedom. In order for people to be given independance. They need a change in rule, in polotics, and in freedom.
