Explanation:

We have to solve a system of inequalities by using graph only.

The first equation given to us is:

-0.5x+y ≥ 3

This equation forms a straight line going upwards from left to right which intersects x-axis at -6

The region bound by this equation is shown in pink in the attachment

The second equation given to us is:

1.5x+y ≤ -1

This equation give a straight line going downwards from left to right intersecting x=axis near -1

The region bound by this is shown in blue in the attachment.

The solution of the equations is given by the region which is overlapping, that is A (purple region in the attachment)
