Behavioral - The feeling makes people act in a certain way.
Apple customers love their products. This is the way the feel towards the products of Apple. Hence, this is the affective component of the customers attitude.
This is an opinion question, you can put any of them and you will get it right. I would put George Washington, if they ask why then say that you disagree with his policies.
