This case was taken to supreme court after the city of Topeka denied the filing, and actually included 4 other schools. The ruling of the court was that separation of schools between white and black people is in fact unconstitutional.</span>

Civilizations with similar environments or climates tend to develop on similar paths (because they run into the same problems/conveniences that have to be solved by human brains, which are wired to react to certain situations in certain ways.)
