When speaking public ally it is important to maintain the attention and respect of your audience to get your point across. Both keeping serious and making eye contact engages the audience well, especially in such a formal setting as spewing at the White House. The answer that would not be appropriate is B. Being aggressive, or attacking members of your audience causes chaos and loss of attention. It is important to keep what is being addressed clear in your speech. You are trying to get your point across, not incite your crowd to anger.
