Why do people all over the world vote on and debate which structures are the greatest?

This is just my opinion, but I can give you some insights.

I think it was both a reason for competition and for unity.

On the one hand, the lands that are seen as having the greatest structures can feel more proud and more achieved- and this sensation is something that humans often seek.

On the other hand, the structures that "win" can be seen as a common, universal human achievement: a reminder of how much humans can achieve if they work together on one goal.

When diplomats are operating in a foreingn country, they are not held by the law of that foreign country and only has the obligation to follow the law in their own country.
Examples of diplomats' duties are: giving shelter for runaway citizens that need protection, helping the citizens have with their legalities, helping foreign trades that initiated by international corporations, etc.

I agree. The government does play a very large role in our lives. But the government also protects us in many forms as well as hurting us. We have our basic rights through the constitution. But , we also have people who are wrongfully imprisoned as well as people who have been cheated by the government. There is a “loop hole” for every right we are guaranteed.
