Did anyone among the blind men give the correct answer why? why not?

English
1 answer:
Ghella [55]3 years ago
6 0

Answer:

The question references the poem about the six blind men.

The first said after touching the sides said it is smooth and solid like a wall and that it must be very powerful.

The second: After touching the trunk stated that the elephant was like a large snake

The third: after touching its tusk said the elephant is sharp like a spear

The fourth: Liken the elephant to a large cow after touching its legs

The fifth: stated that it is like a huge fan or a flying carpet

The sixth said that the elephant was a piece of rope after touching its tail.

When viewed individually, they all got it wrong. But when all their answers are put together, it adequately, albeit eccentrically, describes the elephant.

Cheers

If someone cannot "pull his/her weight" he or she is expendable, agree or diagree and why? give an example
Rus_ich [418]

Answer:

A person who cannot pull his/her own weight can and cannot be expendable.

Explanation:

A person who cannot pull his/her own weight can and cannot be expendable. The reason why they aren’t expendable is simply because they don’t do anything to help out, and even if given a lower job then might not still pull their own weight. Conversely such a person could be bumped down to a lower job where they CAN pull their own weight. An example of this could be, let say you have a worker who often complaints that his/her work is too hard, then you could make that person do easier tasks for you such as stapling your papers, or giving helpful comments/feedback.  they could also be used for various mundane tasks in a job or wherever the person is. After you have used the person you can ask for another partner to help next time.

miv72 [106K]
The smallest number of coins is theoretically 1, a 35 cents coin. but there aren't such coins! so it must be 2, 10+25

the biggest is using 5 cent coints, with 7 different coins.

and the difference is 5 coins: 7-2=5
