There are many ways to release anxiety for a test.1. BE CONFIDENT 2. BE PREPARED 3. GET A GOOD NIGHT'S SLEEP 4. EAT A GOOD BREAKFAST

1.Read the directions carefully
2.Take your time
3. Take slow, deep breaths
4.Use positive reinforcement for yourself
5. After the test list what strategies worked and did not work for next time.
