Why do the professionals have to take training

So they know what to do. Say you become a teacher you need experience if you have a special needs child in you class you need to know how to handle that child and understand there needs. That is why you go to training to understand people and get a feel of what you are wanting to do. And if you dont have training you will have no idea what to do. Training helps you prepare for what you need to do for that job. (any profession really example^) Hope this helps you!! :)<span />

Well, in order to become a professional, they have to be able to know what they are doing. So, they take training classes and go to college to learn how to master their profession.
