I believe C. Reconstruction afforded blacks freedom and voting rights, but also created an interracial struggle that often erupted in violence against blacks- is the most correct. The reconstruction had a positive impact of blacks politically, but was no good economically. <span />
<span>This is of course somewhat of a subjective question, but in general most would agree that Peter the Great had a more lasting impact since he modernized the nation, where as Louis the XIV was deposed. </span>
