Answer:

Pros of Taking Harder Classes

On the surface, taking the harder version of a class may seem like the obvious choice. After all, when you’re applying to college, you want to catch their attention by showing that you’ve challenged yourself academically. Here are some of the other pros of choosing to take the more challenging courses:

#1. You’ll be challenging yourself academically, which will keep school work interesting and exciting.

#2. You’ll be better prepared for the rigor and pace of college courses, and colleges will see that in your transcript.

#3. Just because it’s a harder class doesn’t mean you won’t get an A. As long as you work hard and study adequately, a good grade is very possible.

#4. If it’s an AP/IB class, there’s always the possibility of earning college credit as long as you pass the AP or IB exam that is offered at the end of each academic year.

#5. Depending on the class, you might learn more material in one year than if you were to take the less challenging version of the class. In other words, you’ll walk out smarter if you take the challenging course.

I think yes, because when you have done it, the rest of homework will seem easier, confronted with the harder subject. So you might do the other subjects with more motivation, without thinking "now I have to do a long, stressful, hard subject" because you don't have one. This is my opinion, but I think it's a good idea.

AnnyKZ [126]

Answer and explanation:

By solving this exercise we’ll be practising two pretty important parts of a new language acquisition: on one hand, it will help us practising and improving our vocabulary inventory, which is a fundamental part of being a competent speaker; and on the other, we’ll be in contact with the culture that speaks the language that we’re learning; this is really important because different social groups have different ways of expressing their thoughts and beliefs, so it is presumable that if we are not contextualized we’ll probably be in trouble with some word’s meanings.

WHAT IS A TELENOVELA?

A telenovela (soap opera) is a fictional story made to being watched by television; it is thought to be presented in episodes and it is common to watch them in T.V; telenovelas are related to dramatic situations in which the protagonist of the entire program have many problems and difficult situations that maintain the audience interested in the narrative. In Hispanic culture has telenovelas really present and there exists a lot of these television programs, whose argument is usually the same: a girl/boy that is poor and, by some coincidences, his life change a lot.

 • Amar a muerte
 • Mi pecado

Now, we´re asked to write a telenovela’s dialogue in Spanish. It will involve a romantic situation among Mirta, Daniel and Raúl; notice how we’re using verbs in past tense.
