You can do nae nae and do the whole routine, but add in the roll or spin at any moment you would like to. not sure if you can use the mac-arena, but if you can go the dance and add in little movements like a roll, pencil turn, clapping, or something simple. i hope this helped and if you have and questions comment and ill help you figure more out (:
