The main reason the ban on large sodas failed to be approved is because of the number of contradictions within the law made it impossible to enact.

Explanation:

‘Soda is a Problem but..’ is an article written by Michael Bloomberg where he states about the laws being implemented for the ban of large sodas. But nothing worked out the way he thought it to be. The ban on large sodas wasn’t approved mainly because of the opposed ideas.

The contradictions made it difficult to bring the law in action. Despite making people aware of the fact that intake of soda in large quantities is bad for this health, the ban on soda failed to approved.

In order for a sentence to be grammatically correct, the subject and verb must both be singular or plural. In other words, the subject and verb must agree with one another in their tense. If the subject is in plural form, the verb should also be in plur al form (and vice versa).

I'd say it's letter B - Unchecked emotions are potentially destructive.

The theme of this poem is the destructive potential of hatred and desire. Frost explores the two forces which have the potential to bring destruction to the world. Fire is desire, and ice is hate. The last line (“For destruction, ice is also great and would suffice”) suggests that it does not matter which is stronger. Both fire and ice are destructive. In the end, the moral idea that powerful emotions (passion, desire, greed, and hatred) have the capability to destroy the whole world no matter what kind of emotions they are.
