During and after the Cold War, it became clear that capitalism was dominant to communism, and many Russians wanted out of the current state of affairs. This of course affected the art, technology, and economy or Communist Russia.

Not all are right for everybody. Some you may already be doing or absolutely abhor. But implementing just a few of them could make a difference.
