Answer:

A  person who is jobless, have looked for job in the past four weeks, and is accessible to work is referred to as unemployed. Those who are waiting for call  back from the company are also included in unemployed workers.

Explanation:

To be in the category of unemployed, a person is required to search for the work actively. An active seeker would do the following:

1.  contact employers directly or through the mode of interview.

2.  fill job application forms available or dispense resumes.

3.  ask friends or families for any available job opportunity available in their          contact.

Qualifications to be unemployed:

Be without any job.

Actively searched for work in the past four weeks.

Is accessible to do a job.

NOTE: A person who is not seeking for a job but is without one would not be considered as an unemployed.

Further Explanation:

1. The Standard Rate and Real Rate of Unemployment:

Active seekers of job in the past four weeks are included in the standard unemployment rate.

Those who have not looked for work in the past four weeks are excluded from the standard unemployment rate. The government keep them in count but in the real unemployment rate.

The real unemployment rate also includes those people who have looked for the job in past twelve months but not in past four weeks. These workers are called discouraged workers. They think that they are not efficient for any job, hence no job for them.

2. How Unemployment is Calculated:

Rate of Unemployment = Unemployment/Civilian Labor Force.

Those who belong to any institution like mental hospitals, jails, old age home, or who are on military duty are not considered as employees.

People those who are not looking for works like who are retired, are homemakers, and students are also not included in labor force.

Discouraged workers are also not included in labor force.

Or, those who could not search for jobs in the last four weeks because for health problems, or they had schools, etc are not counted either.

Which technological resource would be most helpful for getting more information about the potential risks of not being vaccinate
choli [55]
The internet is a good technological resource, but be aware of the link.

If the link has a .gov instead of .com, it is trusted and government-certified. Ones like the Mayo Clinic, are absolutely fantastic resources that can be trusted, and once again, they are government certified.

Be aware of ones like .org and .com, they usually aren’t true.

Going to the pharmacy/doctor’s office/hospital is more trusting, and they will give more accurate responses than the website versions.
