Geography

Basically, if you are a doctor in my country (Australia) resources are stored very well and a used without much though as they are in sterile rooms. However in the country and outback areas some special refrigeration rooms have had to be made in order to store certain drugs. IF resources were used in Africa, due to the poor storage areas as a result of a poverty ridden environment, the resources will need to be cleaned, sterilised and even treated of other despise before being used. Finally, if you to live in a very cold (snowy) climate some resources and drugs may need to be stored in heat rooms.
