I assume you are referring to the Lilliput in Gulliver's travels, and in the story the Blefuscudians are the enemy of Lilliput.
The Exodus. It is documented in the biblical book of Exodus. Exodus's definition is a mass exile, or large group of people leaving, but the word is almost exclusively used to refer to the departure of Isrealites, although it is occasionally used as "the exodus of (other group)..."
