The most famous white supremacy group is known as the Ku Klux Klan

Further Explanation:

The Ku Klux Klan (also known as the KKK) was a white supremacy group created during the Reconstruction era in the United States. This hate group formed as a means for white citizens with radical views to work together to limit the power of newly freed African American citizens. Even though this group started in the late 1800's, it exists throughout the 1900's and still exists today.

This group used fear, violence, and terror to stop African American citizens from voting, attending schools that had a large population of white citizens, and even stopped them from dating white citizens. The group used violent tactics like lynchings and burning down homes of black citizens throughout the United States.

This group has shrunk significantly since the 1960's and was at its peak in the 1920's when roughly 2 million citizens were affiliated with this group.
