Answer:  Carnegie's opinion about Industrial Revolution was that it would bring prosperity to everyone, and Marx's opinion that it would bring prosperity only to capitalists.

Explanation:  Andrew Carnegie was an industrialist and business magnate and philanthropist. He was the leader in the expansion of steel production in the 19th century and one of the richest people. As a philanthropist he financed education, public library and research funds. Over the last years of his life, he has given over $ 350 million for charity, various foundations and universities, almost 90% of his wealth. He considered that the industrial revolution with its progress could contribute to the prosperity for all.

On the other hand, Karl Marx considered that every form of capitalism, even the most advanced one, is based on the exploitation of the working class and contributes to the improvement only to capitalists, that is, to a smaller number of richer people.

Which factor created a risk of a war of a war between the allies and the Soviet union
mina [271]
It was mostly about weaponry and its positioning. Both sides started amassing nuclear weaponry in the form of missiles and then started placing them worldwide in ally countries to defend themselves if need be. For example, the Cuban missile crisis happened when Soviets wanted to put ballistic missiles into Cuba who was an ally. The US of course did the same thing only in Europe.

How did Andrew Carnegie vertically integrate the steel industry
astraxan [27]
This is a process known as horizontal integration. Carnegie also created a vertical combination, an idea first implemented by Gustavus Swift. He bought railroad companies and iron mines. If he owned the rails and the mines, he could reduce his costs and produce cheaper steel.
