Answer: Social class essentialism.

The theory of social class essentialism is one that states that people who are able to accomulate more wealth do so because of their natural advantages. Social class essentialism is a revision of social darwinism. It bases its logic on Darwin's idea of natural selection. It states that people are naturally different in their abilities due to genetics, and economic and social success can be attributed to these.

The risk in endorsing this theory is being unable to notice other social factors that affect achievement, such as gender or racial discrimination.

After the Japanense dropped the sneak attack, many Americans agreed with the bombing. They saw it as justified for the attack Japan had done to them, though this didn't mean there weren't some protest. All in all though, people were with for dropping the bomb.

For starters, the desperation is obvious for when they're sending out their own men in suicide missions to sink American's ships. They were trying to do everything in their power to lower American spirit and try to end the war with a defeat, however that was not the case.
