If you want to say "my friends love tamales" you would say "a mis amigos les encantan los tamales".
If you literally wanted to say "your friends love tamales" you could say "a tus amigos les encantan los tamales."
"Encantar" is to like a lot/ to enjoy a lot. "Encantar" can be a good translation for the use of "love" in liking something a lot.
