Mmh same for me! QwQ I see your a Gacha person too! Anyways, let's get on with the question. Well I'm not so sure about this! :< So The Divisor is a two-digit number (For example, 10 since it has 2 numbers/2 digits). Next we have to write a rule for how many digits in the dividend you will need to look at to complete the first step in dividing. Dividing two fractions is the same as multiplying the first fraction by the reciprocal of the second fraction. The first step to dividing fractions is to find the reciprocal (reverse the numerator and denominator) of the second fraction. Next, multiply the two numerators. Then, multiply the two denominators. This is a fraction way (Read this carefully) I PUT ThiS PART IN CAPS SO YOU CAN SEE THE WARNING XD. Alright so, the warning is this is for fractions.

We have to find it for a two-digit number So, Divide the first number of the dividend (or the two first numbers if the previous step took another digit) by the first digit of the divisor. Write the result of this division in the space of the quotient. Multiply the digit of the quotient by the divisor, write the result beneath the dividend and subtract it. There! I hope this helps you this took a long time.

Round these numbers to the nearest tenth.
a) 74.3472
b) 98.759
Harman [31]

Answer:

a) 74.3

b) 98.8

Step-by-step explanation:

The tenth decimal place is the first place immediately to the right of the decimal point. When rounding, you first need to look at the number to the right of the place you wish to find. If the number in this spot is 5 - 9, round the number in the tenth decimal place up one unit. If the number is 0 - 4, keep the number in the tenth decimal place the same. Finally, remove all of the numbers to the right of the tenth decimal place.

a) 74.3472

        ^ tenth

The next number to the right (4) is not big enough to round up

a) 74.3

b) 98.759

         ^ tenth

The next number to the right (5) is big enough to round up

b) 98.8
