The beginning of the 21st century is marked by the rise of <em>Eastern hegemonic powers</em>, like China and Russia. <u>US can not retrieve to complete isolationism if it does not want to experience the extensive interference of such powers into US geopolitical spheres of interest (for example, Ukraine).</u>
