Self-Esteem:
I can really relate to this because I struggled with self-esteem for a while. So how did I get over it? One thing that really helped was personal hobbies like drawing, painting, being outside, and talking to friends. My hobbies are not the same as everyone else, but everybody has at least a few interests in life. Another thing that helps me is not isolating myself. When your self-esteem is low, you tend to want to be alone all the time. Isolation is one of the worst things for trying to up-build yourself, because all it does is make you comfortable being alone and you'll never want to be around other people. One last thing is; talk to your parents or a trusted friend about your low self-esteem. There is no use in hiding it from those who care about you, that will just only make everything worse. So to improve your self-esteem:
- Cherish your personal interests/hobbies
- Don't isolate yourself from friends and family
- Lastly, don't hesitate to reach out to a parent, guidance counselor, trusted friend, etc...
