I love this question since I asked myself the same question last year December.
I had just gotten out of depression and was quite lost so to become my old self or better new self I had to change.
Step 1: Write down all your goals for the next 2 months. I know it is a short period but it will help in the long run
Step 2: Cut off all the toxic people in your life. People that don’t help you achieve your goals and in becoming the best you are shouldn’t be a part of your journey.
Step 3: Make time to get closer to at least 3 of your goals each day even if it takes only 15–30 minutes. One of my goals was to become more fit and lose weight so I jogged or walked twice a day for only 10 mins each day. Because of that, I lost 6 pounds in two months. And pretty soon my goal of “losing weight” became “being more healthy” instead.
Step 4: Monitor your media intake. What you watch, who you follow and who you like. If you watched a video and you don’t feel happier or more inspired or just laughing, was the video worth it.
Step 5: Stop judging people. Meaning you accept people the moment you meet them. You can’t change how other people see the world but you can change how you see the world.
Step 6: I know this sounds ridiculous but laugh more. Trust me it helps with any goal you set in place. Want to be healthier? Happiness and laughter help. Want to get abs? Laughing exercises your abdominal muscles. Want to be more positive? Laughter triggers the release of endorphins, the body’s natural feel-good chemicals.
Endorphins promote an overall sense of well-being and can even temporarily relieve pain.
Step 7 and the final step: take it slow. You won’t turn into Meryl Streep or Oprah Winfrey or Emma Watson in just a day or even a week. Just enjoy the journey my dude and trust me you will soon love the new you.
I hope the answer helps!

Answer:Jupiter has faint, dark, narrow rings composed of tiny rock fragments and dust. They do not contain ice, like Saturn's rings. Jupiter's rings are continuously losing material and being resupplied with new dust from micrometeors hitting Jupiter's four inner moons (Metis, Adrastea, Amalthea, and Thebe).
