Good communication is also a skill you must have to in the school or other public places. When you have good communication skill, you will communicate effectively. People will easily understand what you say while you comprehend what they say. Good communication skill requires you to be a good listener and an effective speaker.  

This is how you can build effective communication skill:

• Manage your body language when you are talking to others. Body language has a great impact on how others perceive you. Body language is also a part of being encouraging and empathetic. Show your respect to others.  

• Aware of others’ emotions and body language. To be able doing this, you have to know someone’s background of life, what has happened in his life, what he has been through.  

• Encouraging others by praising and offering words of encouragement. This will make your interlocutor feeling wanted, respected, and welcomed. One of the examples is saying a nice thing about him.  

• Show you empathy whenever you talk to others. This can be done by putting yourself on others position and seeing everything from his point of view.  

• Able to listen to others. It is not just you hear what others say, but also listen to and comprehend.
