Hmm. A bit tricky. This going to be a phony choice, but if you wouldn't mind it, then I would say the "Bratz" movie. It's 10 years old, and was panned by a lot of people, but it still has a pretty good plot like making friends and things that happen in school. Or maybe "Princess Protection Program", which also has a good plot of friendship and what not.
