This is an appropriate name becuase it has no symptoms until after it has done damage. Blood pressure is measured by an instrument called a sphygmomanometer, (90/60) or less: You may have low blood pressure. (120/80-140/90): You have a normal blood pressure (140/90) or higher You may have high blood pressure. This condition be improved or prevented by losing extra pounds, exercise regularly and reduce sodium in your diet.
