I believe the correct answer is C.Esta because in English it translates to “This pretty girl is tall” I believe “this” does not belong there, so C.Esta should be the correct answer.
BRO you should try downloading an app called translator, because i use it to do my Spanish homework, you just take a picture and it translate into English. I don't know I hope this helps !
