All the selected options are most likely short texts. Specially when it goes to Quotations, Statistics and Transitions. Most likely, they aren't something that you can talk about free style; specially quotations. Those are things that you might want to say exactly as needed when making your point.
Main points of a discussion or lecture and sub points on the other hand, are supposed to be talked about in a more free and attractive way to the reader or listener. Specially if you want to keep their attention, but also, they are most likely too long for a card. Same goes to an anecdote, which is basically a story, and are more interesting when told enthusiastically than when read.
