Answer:

The inequality represents the scenario is t\leq 30.

Step-by-step explanation:

Given:

Number of minutes used to make cookie written on box = 30 minutes.

Number of minutes used to make cookies = t \ minutes

We need to write inequality represents the scenario

Solution:

We can say that;

Number of minutes used to make cookies should be less than or equal to Number of minutes used to make cookie written on box.

framing in equation form we get;

t\leq 30

Hence The inequality represents the scenario is t\leq 30.

The amount of carbon-14 present in a paint after t years is given by y equals y Subscript o Baseline e Superscript negative 0.0
sesenic [268]

Answer:

The painting is t =  10911.1 \ years \ old

Step-by-step explanation:

From the question we are told that

    The amount of carbon present after t year is

           y(t) =  y_o * e ^{-0.00012t}    {Note ; This is the function }

Here  y(t) is the amount of carbon-14 after time t

        y_o the original amount of carbon-14

Now given that the paint as at now contain 27% of the original carbon-14

  Then it mean that

            y(t) =  0.27 y_o

So the equation is represented as

       0.27 y_o  =  y_o * e ^{-0.00012t}

=>    0.27  =  * e ^{-0.00012t}

=>    ln(0.27)   =   -0.00012t

=>  - 1.30933  =   -0.00012t

=>  t  =  \frac{-1.30933}{-0.00012}

=>   t =  10911.1 \ years

How do I explain this
xenn [34]
This one is hard but I give it ago: so if Brad has got 4 chains and he made that in 1 hour and Velma can only make 3 chains in 1 hour but she has made 6 already. That means Velma has used 2 hours to make them 6 chains. So Brad if he does 2 hours that makes 12 chains,Then it Velma does 2 hours more she makes 12 chains as well. So they have the same amount of number.
Hopefully that helps :D

E/P 14)The equation 2x²+ 4kx - 5k = 0, where k is a constant, has no real roots.
aalyn [17]

Step-by-step explanation:

Discriminant = 16k² - 4(2)(-5k)

Since 16k² + 40k < 0, 2k² + 5k < 0, k(2k + 5) < 0.

Therefore -5/2 < k < 0.

Which polynomial is a difference of squares?
aivan3 [116]
D. is a difference of perfect squares because both terms 25x^2 and 36 is a square (5, x, and 6). Also, difference of perfect squares MUST have a minus sign.
