The axis powers all needed more land to support their growing population this is one reason they started the war when they started taking over parts of Europe and Asia. then Hitler decided to create a "perfect race" one wear everyone had blond hair blue eyes he also had beef with communist and Jews so he started eradicating them. the allies didn't like this so they went to war. Hitler is evil not the axis powers they just needed more land for growing food for their growing populations.

When some petitions iniciate in social groups of interests, corporations or members of the public, the Congress has the responsability to raise their demands to the level of new regulations. Some Presidential directives can also become a trigger for new regulations and it’s recommended that the Congress collect this responsability and study it well. Other agencies can request to the Congress new studies or recommendations for another agencies, too.
