Answer:

It is reasonable to infer that the speaker is hopeful all people will experience the same freedoms he enjoys and that he lives in a time and place where equality does not exist.

Explanation:

The speaker is optimistic and since it is the speaker's dream it has not happened yet which suggests the speaker lives in a time and place where equality does not exist. The 2 inferences I disagree with are:

1.  "will do whatever is necessary to gain equality for all" as there is no mention of this and he just speaks about what he would like to see happen not actually what he will do to achieve this dream.

2. "has given up the idea that one day all people will be treated the same." The speaker is positive and hopeful he even says "Of such I dream, my world!" which shows he hasn't given up the idea of equality and he would like to see his dream become a reality.
